ROOM ATTENTDANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

Ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.

Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Feedback guest complaints to Supervisor/ Housekeeping Manager promptly.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
